Welcome to the New Year New You Challenge! Get ready to kickstart your year with a bang! This national event is designed to help you transform into the best version of yourself. Starting on Monday January 15, 2024 , we will start our challenge where you have 30 days to compete against other individuals like yourself!
The competition will be split into two groups (women and men) where the participant that loses the most in body fat percentage wins! If you are a virtual patient (out of city), you will weigh in at baseline and record your weight on the scale you use at home (we will need video evidence of the weigh-in to keep it consistent and fair). At the end of the challenge, you will weigh-in again and record your weigh-in on video so that our staff can record your progress! If you are an in-person patient, we will keep track of your weight in person and keep record of your weight loss journey.
