he Cigar Family Celebration (CFC) is a two-day trip for the cigar lover hosted by the Arturo Fuente and J.C. Newman cigar companies. Guests will tour the world renowned Tabacalera A. Fuente factory, Chateau de la Fuente, and the Cigar Family Charitable Foundation’s school complex.
Itinerary
Wednesday, January 29 – Bienvenidos a la Republica Dominicana! Transportation will be arranged for those arriving at Cibao International Airport (STI) to your hotel, Hodelpa Garden Court. Gather with old friends and new poolside with cocktails and cigars.
Thursday, January 30 – Spend the day in Bonao. Meet the students and teachers at the Cigar Family School before heading to Chateau de la Fuente, the world renowned tobacco farm, for a Dominican-style pig roast, cigars and cocktails.
Friday, January 31 – Tour Tabacalera A. Fuente and watch the meticulous care and artistry that goes into every Fuente-made cigar first-hand. Dominican lunch and cigars will be provided. End the day with a farewell dinner full of great food, cigars and lots of dancing.
Saturday, February 1 – Transportation will be arranged for those flying out of STI airport.
Optional Add-On: In celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Cigar Family School, the Foundation will be hosting a student reunion at the school in Bonao. CFC guests are invited to join the festivities! Transportation to and from Bonao and lunch will be provided. Additional cost of $150 for this experience.

Sunday, February 2 – Transportation will be arranged for those who stayed for the Cigar Family School reunion and are flying out of STI airport.
The registration fee is $600 per person ($750 with optional Cigar Family School Reunion) which includes everything listed in the itinerary above. The fee does not include airfare or hotel stay and guests are responsible for booking these on their own.
